The short version: it renews weekly until you stop it, you can stop it in PayPal at any time, and nothing here removes a right you have by law.

The membership
Appiqon is a paid app-discovery membership for adults aged 18 and over. This website promotes a service operated by our partner. The order and the billing take place on the sign-up page that the buttons here lead to, and the amount and interval are shown in full there before you confirm.
Price, and automatic renewal
The first week is free. Unless you cancel during that first week, $11.99 CAD is charged when the trial ends, and the membership then renews automatically every week until you cancel. There is no minimum term. Prices are in Canadian dollars; applicable GST, HST, PST or QST is determined by your province and shown by PayPal before you confirm.
Cancelling
Stop the recurring payment in your PayPal account, under automatic payments. Cancel before the free week ends and nothing is charged at all. Cancelling later stops the next charge and does not shorten the week you have already paid for.
Your rights under Canadian consumer protection law
Consumer protection in Canada is provincial. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, warranty, guarantee or remedy available to you under the consumer protection legislation of your province or territory, and where a term here would do so, it does not apply to you.
Several provinces give you specific statutory rights over distance contracts and automatically renewing agreements, including rules on how a renewal must be disclosed and cancelled. Those rights apply in addition to anything on this page. If you live in Quebec, the Consumer Protection Act applies to your contract and you may require this agreement and related communications to be provided in French.
What Appiqon is not
Appiqon does not sell or host the apps it describes. Any app you install is obtained from its own store, on that store’s terms, and anything you pay a developer is separate from this membership. We do not guarantee that a particular app remains available, supported or priced as described.
Accuracy
Pages carry the date they were last checked. If you find something wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it and say that we did.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Globway International B.V. is not liable for loss arising from use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights, including those described above.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. That choice does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer law of the province or territory where you live.
